The AirRail extraction system is your reliable solution for extracting exhaust fumes in maintenance halls, fire department depots or similar areas. It is ideal for parking spaces with two to three emergency vehicles in a row, which move out one after the other and in the same direction. AirRail combines all the advantages of the tried-and-tested AirTrack professional system - including pneumatic control, high-quality hose equipment and patented pneumatic collection nozzles - and also impresses where visual quality is just as important as technical performance.
Efficient extraction technology for fast and safe extraction
When the emergency vehicles drive out, the extraction trolleys automatically position themselves in the gate area, while the hose follows the vehicle until it leaves the hall. The pneumatically tight-closing collection nozzle separates safely and automatically from the exhaust - supported by our patented push-off device. The aluminum suction slot channels are mounted on the ceiling parallel to the direction of travel and simultaneously perform the functions of support rails, guide rails and horizontal hoses. The system prevents the hoses from retracting after disconnection, which ensures additional safety and smooth operational readiness. AirRail is therefore ideal for parking bays with two to three vehicles in a row - even with exhaust pipes at the rear or side.
