Extraction system for railcars, diesel locomotives and track-laying machines
The RailBridge system is a modular exhaust gas extraction system with a slotted suction duct. It captures diesel exhaust fumes in factory buildings reliably and in compliance with regulations - even in challenging conditions such as pivoting overhead lines, crane runways or work platforms.
One or more remote-controlled bridge units move at right angles to the track; the detection units are positioned precisely above the exhaust pipes. The bridges are suspended from suction slot channels running parallel to the track with a high load-bearing capacity.
The bridge-shaped system is mounted on the roof structure. Powerful, low-noise fans and a coordinated piping system ensure uniform, reliable extraction from the collection point to the outlet.
