Installation of Extraction Systems
Your extraction system – optimally planned and competently installed
For us, quality is a major priority when installing your extraction systems. We work exclusively with our own qualified professional installers. Our installations teams take care of the complete professional installation of your extraction system: from the system components to the electrical system to the required pipeline systems. An experienced project manager accompanies the installation team and is available as your contact person.
Trained installation teams
Our reliable installers have many years of expertise in the installation of Blaschke extraction systems. Our specialists work cleanly, precisely and quickly even under difficult construction conditions. Regular training makes our installation crew fit in terms of all security issues, directives and new technical regulations.
All installers have the required international driver’s licenses to control lifting platforms or forklifts. They transport and position the system elements preinstalled at our company safely on site. Of course, our installers have all of the required professional equipment packed for all service calls. If necessary, we organise lifting platforms, cranes, stackers (if not customer-provided).
Three installation options can be chosen
We offer you three different installation models. Select your optimum version – completely in terms of how it fits your project and budget:
- Customer-initiated installation with structural acceptance by Blaschke Umwelttechnik
- Installation by your own installers under the management of our head installer (guarantee from Blaschke Umwelttechnik)
- Turn-key installation by Blaschke Umwelttechnik (warranty from Blaschke)
After installation is completed, you along with our project manager accept the work of the installers. The system is commissioned and you receive all documentation documents. Then we train and instruct your employees in the handling of the system.
