Export clerk (m/f/d)

Blaschke Umwelttechnik GmbH is an internationally active, leading German manufacturer of systems for the extraction of diesel exhaust gases and other air pollutants. Our extraction systems have been used for 50 years by railroad companies, fire departments, technical assistance and rescue stations and industrial companies. Our exhaust extraction systems protect employees around the world from harmful pollutants.

We are looking for an export clerk (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.

You take on the following tasks

  • Independent processing of export orders
  • Preparation and checking of export-relevant documents, e.g. delivery bills, customs documents
  • Coordination of transports in cooperation with freight forwarders and parcel services
  • Compliance with and implementation of customs and foreign trade regulations
  • Monitoring delivery dates, tracking shipments and handling complaints
  • Communication with international customers, dealers and partners
  • Maintenance of master data and export information

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in export processing desirable
  • Sound knowledge in the preparation of export and customs documents
  • Very good written and spoken English and French skills
  • Confident handling of common office software (e.g. MS Office)
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team in an international environment
